After years spent hunting and fishing with his dad, Gary West grew to appreciate the lands of Georgia from a young age. Gary also knew he enjoyed helping people achieve their goals. Combining his talents and appreciation for the land has since guided him over the past 30 years in his career as an electrical contractor, general contractor, custom home builder and more recently a licensed real estate agent.

First licensed as an electrician at the age of 24, later licensed as a home builder and a real estate agent, Gary’s talents combine to bring great value to his clients. His years of expertise in understanding construction quality, real estate values and costs all bring significant value to his clients.

Gary enjoys spending time with family on their 170 acre farm. He and his wife purchased the farm at Thanksgiving in 2019 once he realized he had actually hunted the land with his father years ago. Gary and his wife Neisha have two daughters and one gorgeous and amazing first granddaughter in 2023.

 Georgia is a great place to live and work, which is why Kristy Everett chose to call it home. She has roots in Monroe and Lake Oconee. She earned a degree in Allied Science and Surgical Technology.

She grew up in Loganville, Georgia and raised a son and daughter as a single mother. She has earned real-life experiences in hard work and determination that make her uniquely suited to serve our clients and help them create their new or renovated dream home.

Real Estate is a passion for Kristy Everett. With an outstanding background of customer service and providing exceptional care, it is easy to see you will be in good hands with your custom home build or home renovation project.

Kristy Everett is married and lives with her husband and a needy Chocolate Lab. She spends her free time on the pontoon, fishing, or grilling on the porch with a glass of wine.

A longtime Georgia resident with a passion for the area architecture and design, Diana Spires brings more than 20 years of corporate management experience, plus another 8 years of experience working in the construction industry. 

Originally from Southern California, Diana moved to Georgia in 1980 and spent the next three decades raising her children and working for a large newspaper publisher in the Atlanta, GA area. Diana then shifted her professional focus to supporting the operational needs of an Atlanta, GA area contractor. 

Diana has a passion for real estate, with a keen eye for interior design and knack for seeing potential in every property.  

A proud mom and grandmother to her three sons, and five grandchildren. Diana Spires and her husband moved to the Lake Oconee area in 2016 and enjoy everything that lake life has to offer, boating, fishing, water sports and spending quiet evenings relaxing by the lake with friends and family.
